Good afternoon everyone,
We are incredibly proud of how much our practice has grown over the past three years. We would love nothing more than to continue growing, saying “yes” to every phone call, and welcoming every pet that walks through our doors.
However, due to the current number of clients registered with us, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our client registrations for the next few weeks.
This isn’t a decision we have taken lightly, but we feel it’s important to make sure we can continue providing the high level of care and service that our existing clients and their pets deserve.
For our existing clients, you can still add new pets to your account as normal, and we will also continue to accept charity vouchers.
Once again, we know we say it a lot, but we truly cannot thank our amazing staff and every single one of our clients enough. Your continued support, trust and kindness mean the absolute world to us.
