We registered our dogs with Bowland Vets after getting feedback from others. We are so glad we did. One of our dogs is very nervous of new people, but they made him feel at ease and were really good with him. We wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Bowland Vets enough for the care and compassion they’ve shown both throughout my dog Oscar’s long life and sadly, during his passing. The team have always gone above and beyond, treating him with such kindness and respect every step of the way. They’ve always treated Oscar as an individual, focusing on his specific needs rather than just his age, which meant so much. I’ll always be grateful for the support and empathy they’ve shown, it truly made all the difference. I would trust them wholeheartedly with any pets I have in the future and recommend them to ANY pet owner.

Staff are very nice and unlike a lot of other vets, they tend to stay so you get to see familiar faces. Sadly our latest visit was to put our beautiful Jack Russell to sleep, the staff were very caring and nice. Price is another issue but that is a familiar vet issue. Overall the best we have dealt with and fully recommended

We're from Leeds but spend time at a holiday park so we use this vet.
100% professional... From the reception staff to the nurses/vets.
Good online booking and reminders.... Better than my GP.
We're members of their plan which is great value for money on all the main things required as a pet owner.

I have a problem fur child... 1 year 10 months who suffers from skin allergies. Sain immediately did skin samples and made sure he was on the right medication to either cure or eliminate certain conditions. I can't praise the team enough as my old vet just seemed interested in the money rather than finding out the problem. I am highly impressed and thankful the team are in whalley.

I recently had a very sad experience with my puppy passing away. Sian, Claire and the team could not have been better. They were kind, gentle and caring and I could not thank them enough for the support they offered to me.
Would recommend Bowland Vets 1 million times to anyone with a beloved animal

We recently moved to this vets for the care of our beloved dog, Tay. Albeit only a short period of time, I cannot commend this place enough for the amount of compassion and care this place and its people have. Especially the vet Sian who dealt with our beloved dog in the final stages of her life.

Loosing a pet is a terribly difficult and traumatic time, however Bowland Vets sympathise whole heartedly and are very comforting and reassuring. They explain every option and process in full to you with zero ambiguity on anything allowing you to make, albeit difficult, informed decisions.

There was absolutely zero talk of payment, as we left we said do we pay now? Sian simply said we don’t need to talk about that right now. This is the level of care and compassion you expect from a practice that cares at such a difficult time.

Albeit short, thank you so much for everything you did for Tay, our hearts are broken but we are eternally grateful to you all at this wonderful practice, I simply wish we had found you sooner.

We moved to this vet following a few recommendations from friends and were so glad we did. On arrival we and our pet were welcomed by a cheerful reception team, they were expecting us and treated us like guests rather than patients. Our vet, Sian, came out to meet us and our pet putting us all at ease with her calmness.

Couldn't recommend highly enough for a friendly, personal service.
