From the initial build process of our practice we have made conscious choices to help ensure your pet is kept calm and comfortable at all times. Our warm and welcoming reception area has designated dog and cat waiting areas with pheromone sprays and blankets for you to use to keep your pet relaxed during your visit.

Our practice is warm and welcoming to all, with disabled access throughout. We have non-slip flooring and surfaces on all tables. There are separate dog, cat and exotics wards to minimise stress to hospitalised patients. Our kennels are constructed from laminated fibreglass and hygienic plastic, rather than the traditional stainless steel in order to be warmer, less noisy and more comfortable for our patients.

We have a general operating theatre, an orthopaedic theatre, imaging suite with digital x-ray and ultrasound, dental theatre with digital dental x-ray, plus an in house laboratory.

Our consultations are 15-30minutes long depending on the reason for booking. This is to allow a sufficient length of time for your pet to acclimatise to the room and feel settled. Our team treat pets with the  understanding, gentleness and respect they deserve.
